FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has base, elastic cover with holes and fastening member as bone screws. The base is produced as plate with round hole in middle part and longitudinal slots on both sides from it and slots in end parts open in opposite directions. The cover has two flat springs bent with their convex part towards the base. One of the springs adjacent to the base has round hole in the middle on both sides of which grooves with scalloped countersink and threaded holes in end parts for receiving screws are produced. The holes open via tubular ribs placed in open plate grooves. The other cover has round countersink opening in the middle and slots for receiving screws are open in opposite directions.
