FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has clips with slots, pivotal bars for connecting clips, retaining plates equipped with slot and slide and adapted for sliding in slot by means of pulling members fixed on clips, and retaining members disposed in slot for movement and fixation. Apparatus is further equipped with additional bars pivotally connected one to another. Retaining members are made in the form of bone rods or hooks having shaped heads with through threaded openings on ends and transverse cuts for receiving additional bars, and threaded rods disposed in sleeve-shaped screws provided with slits and internal and external threads. Screws are inserted into shaped heads with their external threads so as to be fixed on additional bars by lock nuts. Couplings with pressure screws are located on additional bars for displacement and fixation. EFFECT: increased efficiency in eliminating spine deformations of various kinds, provision for creating optimal conditions to patient and eliminating soft tissue suppuration and recurrence. 4 dwg
