FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: absorbing product includes absorbing pad and external covering layer. Stretchable layer replaces, at least, one layer of absorbing pad cloth. Stretchable layer may be fastened with stretchable layer facing patient body, or with external covering layer. Stretchable layer is glued to internal surface of external covering layer or layer facing patient's body. In versions of invention embodiment in which external covering layer is stretchable in transverse direction and/or in longitudinal direction, stretchable layer is stretchable in same directions, and is movable together with external covering layer. Absorbing internal layer is not fastened physically with stretchable layer. Therefore, stretchable layer may freely move relative to absorbing internal layer with tension of external covering layer without damaging neither absorbing internal layer, nor absorbing pad, as a whole. This provides for prevention of wear of absorbing pad and its damage and carrying-out of superabsorbing material from absorbing pad.
