SUBSTANCE: method involves determining the moment of attempt to start inhaling by sending low amplitude signals of high frequency and stable current to the left and right sides of torso, reading conductivity changes at the attempt start moment, fixing the moment and synchronizing inhalation stage to this moment. The device has MP-controller with display, the first and the second reducers, the first and the second high pressure pickups, low pressure pickup, the first, the second and the third proportional pneumatic control units, electric pneumatic distributor, membrane box, patient, master oscillator, the first, the second and the third units for determining the moment of attempt to start inhaling, logical circuit, the first and the second control busses and sequential interface bus. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in synchronizing the moment of attempt to start inhaling to the moment of forced inhalation begin. 4 cl, 3 dwg
