FIELD: medicine, designed for treatment of trophic ulcers and purulent wounds not closed for a long time. SUBSTANCE: in the first stage of treatment simultaneous effect on the wound region is produced for 3 to 10 days, in the phase of inflammation of the wound process, every other day by ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 0.337 μ, power from 4 to 15 mW, with radiation time within 1 to 5 min and ozonotherapy with a concentration of ozone within 0.7 to 1.0 mg/l and exposition of 1 to 15 min by creation of the ozone medium in the wound region by a pressure of 2-3 mm Hg, in the other days the wound region is irradiated by ultraviolet radiation only. In the second stage of treatment in the phase of regeneration lasting 3 to 5 days the wound region is irradiated by radiation of a helium-neon laser with a wavelength of 0.63μ, power from 1.5 to 2.0 mW, with exposition of 3 to 5 min daily.
