METHOD OF LASER THERAPY OF PATIENTS WITH TROPHIC ULCERS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61N5/67

Abstract RU 2604399 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention reates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for treating patients with trophic ulcers (TU). With underlying conventional pharmacotherapy in I phase of wound process hydrophilic antibacterial ointment and bandages with antiseptic solutions are used. In II and III phases of wound process kuriosine preparation is used. Light exposure is performed in one session on 1-4 damage areas for 2 minutes per one region. Mode is pulse one. Light pulse length is 100-130 ns. Wave length is 635 nm. Matrix emitter of 8 laser diodes with surface area of 8 cm2 is used. Exposure is made from distance of 7 cm. Pulse power is 40 W. ILBI is made with low-intensity laser radiation in continuous mode at wave length of 365-405 nm (UV spectrum) and 520-525 nm (green spectrum) alternately during 12 daily sessions according to schedule: 1 session - 365-405 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 2 minutes; 2 session - 520-525 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 5 minutes; 3 session - 365-405 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 2 minutes; 4 session - 520-525 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 5 minutes; 5 session - 365-405 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 2 minutes; 6 session - 520-525 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 5 minutes; 7 session - 365-405 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 2 minutes; 8 session - 520-525 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 5 minutes; 9 session - 365-405 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 2 minutes; 10 session - 520-525 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 5 minutes; 11 session - 365-405 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 2 minutes; 12 session - 520-525 nm, power 1-2 mW, exposure 5 minutes.

EFFECT: method provides effect on different links of pathogenesis, which leads to reducing length of healing ulcers, generation of stable physiological reaction of adaptation, preventing development of recurrent TU, thereby increasing effectiveness of treating patients with TU.
