METHOD FOR TREATING TROPHIC ULCERS IN THE CASES OF CHRONIC VENOUS INSUFFICIENCY Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying complex medicamentous therapy and necrectomy for cleaning the ulcer from pyonecrotic layer. After having cleaned the ulcer, autodermoplastic repair and combined venectomy is carried out. Perforated flap of 0.5-0.7 mm thickness is cut out from internal surface of the surgically treated thigh. The auto graft is treated with semiconductor laser radiation of 0.67 mcm wavelength at the next day after operation in pulsating mode with 70-180 mcs impulse duration, 3 W power per pulsation and frequency of 3000 Hz. Procedure duration is equal to 8 min. The treatment course is 7-10 days long. EFFECT: accelerated tissue regeneration and coalescence process.
