FIELD: laminar composite materials, particularly, laminar composite material for antifriction structural members. SUBSTANCE: offered laminar composite material is in form of bearing inserts or bearing sleeves containing steel carrying material coated with antifriction alloy by casting. Used for the purpose is lead-free antifriction alloy on copper-zinc or copper-aluminum base with heterogeneous structure. There is metallurgical connecting zone between antifriction alloy and carrying material. Said zone consists of iron amounting up to 80-95%, common impurities and copper as the second main component, and having cubic lattice. EFFECT: extended range of laminar composite materials for antifriction structural members operating under various types of friction and resistant to corrosion media, suitable for machining in cold state and withstanding extreme loads. 8 cl, 4 dwg
