FIELD: treatment of water with ozone; public services; disinfection of sewage and treatment of drinking water; farming for treatment of seeds by bio-technologies. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes the following components which are interconnected together: air receiver-mixer, atmospheric air supercharger, air receiver, ozonizer and apparatus for treatment of water with ozone mounted in settler. Ozone treatment apparatus has housing with hermetic cover, ozone-air mixture discharge pipe and water sprayer connected with ozonizer through pneumatic line and with settler through passage in housing. Housing has two chambers: upper chamber is provided with two water conduits and pneumatic line for ozone-air mixture; lower chamber consists of three sections divided by partitions. Central section has vertical disperser and two other chamber have horizontal dispersers. Dispersers are made form of fine-blistered tubular aerators connected in parallel with pneumatic line.
