FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in wind motors with axis of rotation coinciding with direction of wind. According to invention, in wind-driven electric plant containing wind-taking working members installed on horizontal shaft, being simultaneously shaft of generator, and installed on carrying member, said wind-taking working members consist of two symmetrically arranged identical blades whose middle lines have the form of sinusoid. Horizontal axes of blades coincide with central horizontal axis of plant, and vertical section of blades is drop-like, with blunt ends pointed to side of flow shaper, and development of blade has the form of rectangle whose longer sides are replaced by concave arcs with equal radii from centers located on central axis of rectangle. Flats on which bases of blades are installed are turned through 90o relative to each other, and axes of blade bases, installed at opposite sides of one flat, form acute angle. Flats are installed on support arc through bearing units. Said support arc rests on other bearing unit whose axis passes through gravity center of plant.
