FIELD: applied hydro-and gas-dynamics. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in systems designed for control of boundary layer in aircraft, ships and pipelines. Proposed streamlined structure contains open spaces limited by surfaces of streamlined structure. Spaces can be made open at least to one, any, side of streamlined structure. However, to obtain claimed result, it should be that side of streamlined structure which interacts with fluid medium flow so that fluid medium flow can move tangentially, i.e. longitudinal along the structure and get inside said spaces. If n spaces of proposed structure are opened to a side engaging with flow moving along the structure, at least for two of said n spaces the following relationship should be true. For I space of streamlined structure relationship Fihole/Fitot<0,2 can be realized where Fi hole is summary area of holes in surfaces of structure limiting I space, Fi tot is summary are of surfaces of structure limiting I space. EFFECT: reduced hydraulic resistance on surface of streamlined structure, reduced heat exchange between fluid medium and surface of structure. 2 cl, 17 dwg
