FIELD: mechanical engineering; sealing arrangements. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in designing and making seals of mud pump pistons with cups whose support part is made of rubberized cloth. In proposed multiplayer cup consisting of elastic material and support, support part is made in form of combination of polyamide and rubberized cloth rings installed in tandem. Such combination of polyamide and rubberized cloth rings provides overlapping of guaranteed clearance, reduces load on rubberized cloth ring and working layer of cup. EFFECT: reduced wear of cup working layer of cup. reduced wear of cup working layer and increased service life of cup. 1 dwg
