At detecting the level of spontaneous activity one should apply 50 mcl 0.4%-NBT solution, 50 mcl incubation medium and 100 mcl cellular suspension into the hole; at determining the level of induced activity - 50 mcl NBT solution, 50 mcl stimulant's suspension and 100mcl cellular suspension; the plotting board with samples is incubated at 37 C, centrifuged, residue is obtained, ethanol is added to be recentrifuged, supernatant is repeatedly obtained, 0.85%- NaCl is added to be centrifuged again, then every sample is supplemented with dimexide to be incubated at 58-63 C, KOH solution is added, results of reaction are registered with photometer by extinction difference at 630 and 490 nm wave length.
