FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: objective lens incorporates intensity and correction components installed in path of ray. Intensity component includes two positive lenses glued together and single meniscus, two negative lenses glued together mounted after single meniscus. Correction component comes in the form of two meniscuses facing one another with convexities and plane-parallel plate. Refractive indices of materials of lenses exceeds 1.65. This approach ensures increase of coefficient of contrast transmission on frequencies up to 50 mm-1 in limits of field of vision and possibility of employment of objective lens with various models of electron-optical converters.
