FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to equipment for electronic panel, lighting, telephone and other apparatuses to communicate with object over wires utilizing coil for cable winding. Device has hardware package, commutation unit in the form of permanent electric connection, extension cord and drive mechanism. Extension cord comprises immobile portable frame and mobile drum. Frame is formed by three parallel cheeks joined by means of four bars. Drum comes in the form of shaft with bearing tail parts located in two extreme cheeks of frame. Drum carries three disks with flanges bent around three cheeks of frame. Disks divide drum into two parts, one part carries commutation unit and cable is wound on the other part. Drive mechanism is mounted in one extreme cheek of frame. Lock to fix mobile drum with reference to frame when buttons on commutation unit are pressed is mounted on extreme cheek.
