FIELD: primary treatment of food and feed plant product before laying for storage. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying onto plant product antiseptic in the form of saturated aqueous solution of preparation produced from Saprolegnia parasitica by predetermined process. Use of saturated water provides solubility of micromycet biomass preparation and anaerobic conditions in plant treatment zone resulting in partial killing of microflora, in particular, its aerobic forms at vegetative stage of development. EFFECT: simplified method and prolonged storage of plant product.
