CUT TOBACCO ACCUMULATOR-FEEDER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: tobacco industry, in particular, equipment for supplying of cigarette machines with cut tobacco. SUBSTANCE: cut tobacco accumulator-feeder is equipped with bin having movable wall of rectangular section. Bin wall is made in the form of conveyor, which may be declined from vertical plane with respect to drive drum axis. Drive drum is arranged in bin upper part. Free-wheel clutch is mounted inside drum. Holding members are fixed on conveyor belt. Carriage with dosing drums is mounted in bin lower part and connected with accumulator frame through crank mechanism. Such construction prevents cut tobacco from sticking during operation of machine and accumulator-feeder. EFFECT: increased uniformity of tobacco dosing, reduced loss and compaction of cut tobacco during storage. 3 dwg
