Radial walls are mounted in chamber to divide it into sections. Accumulator-doser has bottom with discharge windows and screens and dosing drive cylinders. Inner and outer housings are made in the form of regular polyhedral prisms with plates pivotally attached to their vertical faces and radial walls Plates are connected with devices for adjusting their position. Each dosing cylinder is provided with positioning mechanism, which is kinematically connected with screen drive. Screen has two parts, with first part rigidly secured on bottom and second part mounted on bottom for displacement with respect to first part.
