FIELD: sportive equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has disk-type support 1 with through central opening, and replaceable magnetic tablet 4 loosely arranged in said opening. Disk-type support 1 has fixing slot 5 positioned above tablet 4. Replaceable friction faceplate 6 is located in fixing slot 5 and fixed on support 1 by means of fastening members 7. Massif metal weight 8 is positioned in fixing slot 5 in axially aligned relation with respect to support 1 above it. Depression 11 formed in base 10 of weight 8 is adapted for loose receiving of magnetic tablet 12. Friction disk 13 is attached to base 10 of weight 8. Disk-type support 1 is mounted on base support 16 and fixed thereon by means of C-clamp 17. Sportsman selects magnetic tablet 4 and arranges it so that opposite signs are facing magnetic tablet 12 in weight 8 and faceplate 6, and fixes tablet 4 and faceplate 6 on disk-type support 1, which is then fixed to support 16 by means of C-clamp 17, with following attachment of weight 8 in fixing slot 5. Sportsman embraces any part of surface 9 of weight 8 by hand and begins to rotate weight 8 while periodically catching surface 9 to provide for smooth sliding of friction disk 13 of weight 8 over faceplate 6. Fixing slot 5 permits free rotation of weight 8 around its axis while limits lateral motions of weight 8 and preliminarily defines location of weight 8 on faceplate 6.
