FIELD: sports, in particular, hand exercising equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two weights with smooth outer surface of working parts. Weights are made in the form of truncated cone and are axially arranged along single shaft of guide for free sliding along it, with larger bases of weights being faced to one another. Weights are provided with through openings extending along single guide shaft and defining single channel. Stoppers are positioned in axially aligned relation in channels of apexes at smaller bases of weights. Flexible member is fixed between channel stoppers. In initial position flexible member is in preliminarily stressed state allowing weights to be held in mutually attracted position. Shock-absorbing layer is positioned at weight joining point. Weights are provided with annular bores arranged at weight joining point. EFFECT: increased exercising efficiency and wider operational capabilities. 1 dwg
