METHOD TO PRODUCE AN OXIDIC CATALYST Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2218987 C2

FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: The invention presents a method of production of the oxide catalysts cupriferous with the level of oxidation exceeding zero to be used for dehydrogenation of the secondary alcohols by treatment of the solid oxide carrying agent by an aqueous solution containing, at least, one salt of copper, with the following calcinations, at that copper is applied on the carrying agent by settling from the aqueous solution using a precipitating agent, at that the aqueous solution contains water soluble organic polymer in concentration from 0.1 up to 100 g/l, correspondingly binding ions of copper, and taken out of homopolymers of N-vinylpyrolidone. This invention refers also to the catalytic agents produced by this considered method, and the method of dehydrogenation of the secondary alcohols into ketones with use of the catalytic agents of the considered method, and first of all using a method of a dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol. EFFECT: increase of activity of the catalyst at the simultaneously high selectivity. 9 cl, 1tbl, 2 ex
