DIE FOR MANUFACTURE OF ARTICLES WITH CAVITY OUT OF BAR MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: plastic metal working; possibly, die forging, manufacture of articles with cavity or marks for piercing out of bar material. SUBSTANCE: die consists of body, system of radial clamp of bar, slide block movable in body with sleeve knife and pusher of axial support made in the form of coaxial system. System of radial clamp of bar consists of stationary lower clamp with cutting edge and upper clamp movable in vertical direction. Coaxial system incorporates punch, remover and spring buffer installed for mutual axial travel in slide block. Sleeve knife has hole which cross-section differs by shape and dimensions from hole in system of radial clamp of bar. Cross-section of remover has the same shape and dimensions as cross-section of hole in sleeve knife. EFFECT: extension of process potentialities of die. 1 dwg
