FIELD: raising sunken submarines. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes pontoons and rope system with grips made in form of transversal clamps with flat symmetrical caps on their lower ends and flat jaws secured to them and connected with thrust projections of clamps. Mounted in symmetrical holes of jaws are lower trunnions of upper twin I-shaped levers; upper ends of lower twin inverted U-shaped thrust levers are engageable with lower surface of upper trunnions; lower cylindrical surface of cross-piece rests against respective seats in ends of caps. Upper surfaces of trunnions of I-shaped levers are correspond to shape of inner surface of submarine hull skin. Rods of clamp of each grip running between limiters on outer frames of pressure hull are provided with centering stops supported by them, thus ensuring turn of lower U-shaped levers to working contact position in passing through cut in pressure hull skin.
