FIELD: personnel protective clothing; anti-g clothes. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes testing of chamber located in protective suit pocket by pressurization when suit is worn by person; pocket is provided with coat made from non-stretching material. Prior to pressurization, air is evacuated from chamber to residual pressure of 10-100 Pa; pressurization is performed by filling the chamber with low-melting or self-hardening agent in liquid state at pressure of gas of 2.104-105 Pa; during hardening of agent, surface breathing of person under test is ensured; pressure is maintained at constant level till complete hardening of agent inside chamber, after which pressure is relieved, pocket is opened and hermetic envelope is removed and mold is withdrawn. This mold is used for determination of coordinates and geometric parameters of surface. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 dwg
