SUBSTANCE: equipment of rescuer operating in conditions of emergency situations, containing the light protective suit of the rescuer with protective vest from electromagnetic radiation consisting of trousers with protective stockings, shirts with hood, two-finger gloves and inner helmet; the trousers are sewed together with stockings which are ended with rubber saddle with bots to which the tapes for fastening to feet are sewn, the protective vest from electromagnetic radiation consisting of the fabric lining connected to the protective shell is also provided, and elastic frame studs are fixed in the fabric lining by means of clamps on the waist belt, and the protective shell is fastened on elastic frame studs, while the protective shell has three layers, and the first layer facing towards the operator environment, is processed by foamy multifunctional composition for decontamination, disinfection, disinsection, deactivation and shielding of surfaces, volumes and objects from hazardous agents and substances by the foam where the liquid phase of foam is the solution of clathrate of didecyl dimethylammonium of halogenide with carbamide as active ingredient amounting from 0.1 to 5 wt %, and the clathrate of didecyl dimethylammonium halogenide with carbamide is clathrate of didecyl dimethylammonium chloride with carbamide and/or clathrate of didecyl dimethylammonium bromide with carbamide. The composition where clathrate of didecyl dimethylammonium halogenide with carbamide is clathrate of didecyl dimethylammonium bromide with carbamide can be used.
