Cap 20 lower part 31 is joined with dispersing assembly 15 in axial direction and in direction of rotation thereof. Intermediate tear-off strip 32 is located between cap 20 upper part 26 and lower part 31. Intermediate tear-off strip 32, cap 20 upper part 26 and lower part 31 are formed as a single element.
