FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a wire hood for bottle stoppers, comprising a cap (2) made of metal or plastic, having a configuration with convexity that provides the ability to connect to the upper part of the stopper, and equipped with the chip or the code with the information and data relating to the bottle. The wire hood comprises a bridle (3) consisting mainly of a circular upper part (30), from which four equidistant legs (31) extend downwards, each of which is equipped with a lug (32) made with the ability of the girdle (4) to pass inside it. The girdle can be manufactured from different materials and have different configurations. In one version the girdle is not fastened by a rear tie, it is open and at each end is equipped with a curl (40). The curls are made with the ability to overlay one on another and engage each other with their displacement one behind another to secure the girdle, and with the possibility of disengagement by separating the said two ends for opening the girdle. In another version, the girdle is used as a disposable girdle made of plastic ribbon. The wire hood manufactured according to the invention provides the ability of simple and safe opening bottles, and the ability to track the bottles in order to prevent counterfeiting.
EFFECT: ability of simple and safe opening of bottles, as well as the ability to track the bottles in order to prevent counterfeiting.
