FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: oil feedstock is processed to isolate fractions (260-290)-(340-370) C and (340-370)-(530-560) C. The former is subjected to catalytic hydrodeparaffination followed by hydrostabilization and the latter to hydrofining followed by catalytic hydrocracking. Resultant hydrogenates are combined and subjected to rectification to recover gasoline fraction, light diesel fraction, heavy diesel fraction, and residue, which is returned into process and subjected to catalytic hydrocracking jointly with second fraction. EFFECT: enabled manufacture of components of low-freezing diesel fuel (winter and arctic), which, when combined, can be directly (or after addition of depressant) used as commercial diesel fuels. 5 cl, 2 ex
