SUBSTANCE: pathomorphological samples of tissues are subjected for deparaffinization followed by partial proteolysis of samples in the presence of proteinase K taken in the concentration 20 mcg/ml at temperature 20 C for 20 min. Lysis of cells is carried out for 12 h in solution containing 1.5 mM of MgCl2, 10 mM of Tris, 50 mM of KCl, 200 mcM of dNTPs (deoxynucleoside triphosphates), 2% of Triton X-100 at temperature 55 C. The following DNA reparation is carried out in the presence of enzyme Taq DNA-polymerase taken in the concentration 0.1 U/mcl at temperature 72 C for 1 h. Invention allows the enhancement of effectiveness and to expand capacities of molecular-diagnosis methods based on using archives tissues bank. Invention can be used for molecular diagnosis.
