SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with carrying out cytological testing of tumor punctate's smears before and smears-prints after preoperational treatment, and at detecting a standard type of Wilms tumor cytogram, diploid type of histogram for distribution of nuclear DNA, and pronounced medicinal pathomorphosis one should predict favorable disease forecast; at detecting anaplastic cells in punctate's smears, shift in histogram for DNA distribution and availability of aneuploid cells at 5c ploidy and higher and absence of medicinal pathomorphosis or manifestation of tumor anaplasia signs in smears-prints at primarily standard type of Wilms tumor cytogram one should predict unfavorable disease flow.
