According to invention, ventilating device contains air duct and hollow blades and at least one distributing unit. At least part of hollow blades is mechanically coupled with common distributing unit. Said coupling provides independent rotation of at least one hollow blade of said part relative to direction of rotation of at least one other hollow blade of said part.
