Proposed speed indicator contains speed meter 1 connected to indicator 2. speed meter includes two rotation converters 3, 4, time element generator 5, switches 6, two duty selectors 7, 8, parameter deviation detector 9, driving wheel slip detector 10, 11, two calculators 12, 13, 2AND gate 14 three pulse counters 15, 16, 17. parameter deviation detector 9 together with other units evaluates tolerable deviations of speed both without and with slipping.
