SUBSTANCE: motor has rotor with one or more teeth equally spaced apart over circumference and separated from each other by means of slots; and stator with excitation system incorporating at least one electromagnet with armature and winding, control circuit with position detector to supply power to electromagnet, and permanent magnet, all mounted in tandem on stator support facing the rotor; novelty is that electromagnet and permanent magnet function to periodically excite rotor and are mounted on stator support in adjustable positions for varying rotor speed.
