SUBSTANCE: proposed variable-speed motor has stator connected to at least one magnetic-field coil and rotor carrying at least two opposing-polarity magnetic poles. Mentioned coil is designed to organize at least two opposing-polarity magnetic-induction poles on mentioned stator. In addition, motor has speed control device incorporating noise filter.

EFFECT: reduced noise and size of control devices.
