FIELD: agriculture engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food preparation machines. Proposed working member of roughage mill-mixer is essentially rectangular plate with cutting edge and hinge joint on end of plate and with holes located over circumference with center coinciding with center of hinge joint. Additional cutting members in form of trapezium are installed on side of plate square to plate side in cylindrical recesses. All sides of cutting members have one side sharpening. Additional cutting members are secured parallel to each other on cylindrical base and are installed for turning in plane of plate and fixing in position. Design of working member permits adjustment of cutting angles depending on quality of roughage in relatively perpendicular planes to improve quality of product and reduce consumption of energy. Possibility of changing position of mounting of additional cutting members through 180^o when front working edges are blunted reduced labor input in servicing of working member. EFFECT: improved quality of product, reduced energy consumption and labor input in servicing. 4 dwg
