SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Mixer comprises an encased auger type working member with solid screw and conical shaft mounted inside a ribbon type working member. Angle of the working element with solid screw relative to its axis is 30°, the angle of ribbon type screw relative to the axis is 50°. Angle of sharpening of cutting edge of the screw is 60°, angle of sharpening of cutting edge of the ribbon screw is 40°. Gap between screw cutting edges should be less than minimum size of particles of processed material.

EFFECT: ensured is higher efficiency of chopper mixers and low power consumption for grinding material and production of mixtures, as well as improvement of quality of the obtained end product.
