FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing pubic articulation after having accomplished symphysis reposition. A clamp is laid building its flat members in into bone tissue over frontal or internal surface of pubic articulation in perpendicular to vertical axis of the pubic articulation at the boundary separating the upper and middle one-third of its length.. The clamp has flat members on the ends with holes for receiving locking screws belonging to the same plane. The locking screws are introduced in top-to-down and from inside-to-outside direction via the superior surface of pubic bones and holes in flat members of the clamp under image converter tube control. When needed, blocking screw heads are connected to each other with an additional metal structure. EFFECT: uniform force distribution over pubic bone surfaces; prevented pubic articulation dislocations; stable fixation of injured pubic articulation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
