FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying external fixation apparatus and introducing fixing members into the region of anterosuperior spine of iliac bones. Reposition and fractured bone fragments fixation are carried out and pubic symphysis is brought together. Hook rods are additionally introduced into locking openings of hip bones in the direction from front to back and from outside to inside. Anterior surface of a hook tightly embraces the place of pubic and ischial bone articulation within an interval of at least half bone diameter. Free ends of the hook-rods are fixed in reposition unit connected to the external fixation apparatus. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; excluded bone perforation. 3 dwg
