FIELD: production of sulfuric binding agents. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method to produce sulfuric binding agents and sulfuric binding agent , which are used mainly in the capacity of a component of sulfuric concretes. The method provides for production of the sulfuric binding agent by melting-down of sulfur in medium of the carbon dioxide, Produced melt is heated up to the temperature of not above 135oC The melt is in succession added with styrene and olefinic hydrocarbons by the way dimers and trimers of the cycling compounds at a ratio of sulfur and the indicated hydrocarbons in a mixture with styrene accordingly (in weight. % ) of 93-98 % and 2 - 7 %, the mixture is heated up to the indicated temperature, keep the received eutectic mixture at this temperature at continuous homogenization by intermixing within no less than 2.5 hours for physico-chemical modification of sulfur. In the indicated method after physico-chemical modification of sulfur crystallization is executed at the cooling rate of the melt of no higher than 16oC/min up to the ambient temperature. In the indicated method an eutectic mixture is kept congruently without disintegration in the smelting process and is crystallized before obtaining anisotropic crystals of α-rhomboid form, not exposed to polymorphic changes, and at that the contents of an impurity of β-monocline sulphurs do not exceed 0.1 % of weights. Sulfuric binding agent, including sulphur and a mixture of olefinic hydrocarbons, is an eutectic mixture formed by the substituting solid solution of sulfur in quantity of 93-98 % of weight and dissolved in the mixture olefinic hydrocarbons, in which the total contents of olefinic hydrocarbons does not exceed 7 % of weight.
