FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes derivative of 2-arylethyl-(piperidine-4-ylmethyl)amine of the formula (I) wherein R1 is hydrogen atom, alkoxy-group, alkyl halide comprising in alkyl moiety from 1 to 12 carbon atoms, amino-group; R2 is alkyl, alkyloxy, alkyl halide comprising in alkyl moiety from 1 to 12 carbon atoms; halogen atom; nitro-group; -O(CH2)pX wherein p = 0; X is taken among alkyl halide comprising from 1 to 12 carbon atom and phenyl; or R1 and R2 in common with ring with which they are bound form 5- or 6-membered monocyclic saturated or unsaturated ring comprising optionally 0, 1 or 2 heteroatoms taken independently of one another among nitrogen, oxygen atom; R3 and R4 each means independently of one another a lower alkyl or cycloalkylalkyl comprising from 4 to 14 carbon atoms; R5 means hydrogen atom; wherein n = 1-6; R6 and R7 each independently means hydrogen atom or lower alkyl, cycloalkyl comprising from 3 to 14 carbon atoms, phenyl or pyridyl; R9 means alkyl comprising from 1 to 12 carbon atoms; cycloalkyl comprising from 3 to 4 carbon atoms; phenetyl; naphthyl; diphenyl; unsubstituted phenyl or mono-, di- or trisubstituted phenyl wherein its substituents are taken independently among halogen atom; lower alkyl; alkyloxy-group; alkyl halide comprising in alkyl moiety from 1to 12 carbon atoms; cyano-group; nitro-group; wherein p = 0; X means alkyl halide comprising from 1 to 12 carbon atoms; heterocyclyl representing unsaturated carbocyclic radical comprising 5, 6 ring atoms among them 1 or 2 are taken among nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur atom optionally substituted with one or two substituents among lower alkyl, hydroxy-group, hydroxyalkyl comprising from 1 to 12 carbon atoms, oxo-group, -COR7 and -COOR7; or heteroaryl representing monocyclic ring comprising one, two or three heteroatoms taken among nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur atom or 9-14-membered bicyclic ring system where one ring is aromatic optionally substituted with lower alkyl and its isomers, racemic mixtures and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts also. Invention describes also a medicinal agent that is an antagonist of muscarine receptor. The proposed compounds can be used for treatment of urogenital system.
