SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions used in production of finishing materials, in particular, linear profile polyvinyl chloride articles: plinths and platbands with uniform transverse profile or with channels for electric wiring used in building as members of internal facing. Composition comprises waste in production of polyvinyl chloride frame profiles, di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate as a plasticizing agent, calcium stearate as a stabilizing agent and emulsion polyvinyl chloride also. Invention provides the development of composition used for making finishing materials that show the enhanced mechanical strength, fire safety, improved external shape.
