FIELD: pulp and paper industry; wood-working and resin industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method dealt with production of the tanning extract at a the wood disbarking waste processing and may be used in pulp and paper industry, wood-working and a wood-chemical industries. The method provides for extraction of the tanning substances from a bark, mainly, from the fir bark treated by hot water at the temperature of 80-90 C and a water duty of 8:1 in the hydrodynamic apparatus for 20 minutes. EFFECT: the method allows to simplify production of the tanning extract and to increase efficiency of the production. 1 tbl, 1 ex
