FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complex processing of fir bark. Method for complex processing of fir bark, including extraction of fir bark with a non-polar solvent, followed by separation into deresined bark and coniferous wax, treatment of deresined bark while heating with ethyl alcohol, washing of residue with water at hydraulic modulus of 1:20, extraction with solution of hydrochloric acid with subsequent precipitation of pectins, and mechanical activation of the lignocellulose residue, wherein the bark is deresined with petroleum ether, coniferous wax is dissolved in 0.5 n alcohol solution of NaOH while heating to 70 °C for an hour, the obtained solution is diluted with water 3 times and performing cold extraction with chloroform with separation of a mixture of terpenoids: α-, β-pinenes, borneol, β-sitosterol and their preparative separation, and the deresined bark is extracted with 96% ethyl alcohol at temperature of 80 °C for 12 hours, filtering obtained extract, from which tannins with high content of tannic acid up to 95% are isolated, solid residue after washing is treated with hydrochloric acid solution pH=1.8 at hydraulic modulus 1:20, temperature 70–80 °C, with constant stirring for 45 minutes, bark is separated from concentrated under vacuum solution and pectins are precipitated with 4-fold volume of isopropyl alcohol, and the bark residue after extraction processing is subjected to "sparing" activation under conditions of explosive autohydrolysis at temperature of 150 °C, steam pressure of 2.0 MPa for 60 s, dried at 60 °C and is used as a high-efficiency sorbent.

EFFECT: method described above extends the range of extractive substances extracted from fir bark due to production of terpenoids, alcohol-soluble tannins with high content of tannic acid, high-efficiency sorbents.
