BUILT-UP MEMBER OF PREFABRICATED-MONOLITHIC WALL IN GROUND Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: built-up member comprises concrete body with longitudinal curvilinear grooves in face edges and reinforced cage made of longitudinal reinforcing rods put on outer surface of longitudinal edge of body of outer sheet steel as well as lateral reinforcing elements placed in levels along height. Salient feature of invention lies in that reinforcing cage is equipped with two pairs of steel strips arranged by height, edges of one pair are welded to sheet steel. End sections of lateral reinforcing elements of each level are welded to strips of above-mentioned pair facing sheet steel. Other end sections of these elements are welded to strips of another pair to which lateral plates are also welded. Longitudinal reinforcing rods are located on outer side of lateral plates and are welded to them. Technical result secured by invention consists in simplified technology of manufacture of built-up member due to simplification of operations of manufacture of reinforced cage since operations of reinforcement bending are excluded and operations of welding of reinforcing cage to outer sheet steel are made easier and ensure reliability of these welds. EFFECT: raised bearing capacity of built-up member and increased reliability of its work in mix of prefabricated-monolithic wall erected in ground. 3 cl, 2 dwg
