SUBSTANCE: electric heater has some of its components grounded and other ones, connected to neutral to reduce electrical potential of water at its inlet and outlet; in case of fault in ground circuit of mentioned components outlet water flow is ceased by means of flap controlled by electromagnetic device and power consumed in mains phase wire ground wire circuit of mentioned components for ceasing this water flow that is not sensed by electricity meter is reduced by passing control current in this circuit through electromagnetic device inserted in mains phase wireground wire circuit.
