FIELD: loudspeaker design. SUBSTANCE: proposed loudspeaker has basket, frame member installed in basket, piezoid designed for feeding sound signal into it, membrane attached to piezoid, horn made on front surface of membrane, its external peripheral end being passed downward over external side of frame-member upper end to engage upper end of basket, as well as damper secured to frame member and to piezoid side surface opposing membrane to provide flexible support for piezoid. External peripheral part of membrane is fixed between upper end of frame member and horn. EFFECT: facilitated assembly ensuring desired performance characteristics of loudspeaker. 11 cl, 4 dwg
