BEES WAX PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, apiculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has tubular wax cooking vessel and stainless steel filter filled with powder or liquid adsorbents for wax contaminants. Apparatus is further equipped with heater for zone melting of wax, refrigerator arranged above heater and adapted for cooling of melted wax passed through filter, and heater moving device for moving heater along tubular vessel filled with wax. Method involves zone cooking of bees wax in vertical tubular cooking vessel; filtering wax by means of filter positioned for continuous-sequential movement from the top to the bottom through melting zone inside tubular vessel. EFFECT: reduced expenses for obtaining and cleaning of bees wax from mechanical contaminants and provision for producing of wax having required properties. 3 cl, 1 dwg
