SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to agriculture. The method for melting bee wax with separation of honey is carried out in a microwave installation by moving raw materials using a perforated dielectric screw at a speed of 0.25-0.4 cm/s through hemispherical resonators. The travel speed is matched to a power density of 0.9 W/g in the first resonator and 1.15 W/g in the second resonator. The uniformity of the EMSHF distribution in the resonator is achieved by arranging the air-cooled magnetrons with a shift along the perimeters of each hemispherical resonator, while the duration of this treatment is 3.25 min. The uniformity of heating of the raw material is ensured by matching the depth of penetration of a wave of 4-5 cm into the raw material with a step of the injection screw of 4 cm in the first resonator and 2.5 cm in the second resonator at a screw speed of 6 rpm. The use of transcendental waveguides with a diameter of 2-3 cm and a length of 10 cm ensures compliance with electromagnetic safety of 10 μW/cm2, with a continuous operation of the installation with a capacity of up to 40-45 kg/h and energy costs of 0.06-0.07 kWh/kg.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop a method for melting wax raw materials with the separation of honey by the action of an electromagnetic field of an ultrahigh frequency while maintaining the product value.
