FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to beekeeping, and can be used in technology for obtaining wax. Method for cleaning wax raw materials from impurities includes grinding wax raw materials with the destruction of honeycomb cells and pearl granules, washing the ground wax raw material in water at a temperature of 30–35 °C. Washing is carried out by mechanical stirring in combination with the action of ultrasonic vibrations in the frequency range from 16 to 22 kHz for 2–3 hours, followed by vigorous stirring, settling and filtration through a sieve.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in improving the quality of cleaning wax raw materials and increasing the yield of the resulting wax.
