Curative- - prophylactic composition for the improvement of functional state of locomotor system comprises glycamine (protein-glycoside complex from sea cucumber), glucosamine hydrochloride, burdock roots dry extract and aspen bark dry extract and chicken eggs cryopowdered shell taken in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: glycamine (protein- glycoside complex from sea cucumber), 10 ± 0.5; glycosamine hydrochloride, 20 ± 1; burdock roots dry extract, 5 ± 0.25; aspen bark dry extract, 5 ± 0.25; chicken eggs cryopowdered shell, the balance. Composition can be made as capsules or tablets with mass 0.3 or 0.5 g. Composition as tablets comprises additionally the following accessory substance including low-molecular polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium or calcium stearate, starch or lactose, or glucose, or microcrystalline cellulose, or sucrose as measured (10 ± 0.25)% of total mass. Composition is effective agent providing maintenance for nutrition of human osseous- -articulation system, growth and restoration of connective tissue being without manifestation of adverse effect for patient of different age beginning from 12 year-old age. Composition can be used for both carrying out curative procedures and prophylactic procedures, for example, as biologically active supplement to food at enhanced loading of locomotor system.
